Attendance Reporting -- Two Options

QUARTERLY REPORTING

Reporting attendance is very simple.

The attendance form has two lines:

  • Your email address.

  • Your child's name.

The next attendance report will be due during the week ending October 1 so you will have from September 24 through October 1 to report.

That’s it -- a very simple form and one week to submit it.

Everyone choosing this option will be sent one courtesy attendance reminder email one week before the due date. This is a group email and includes a link to the attendance form.

The same attendance reminder will be posted on the Facebook page one week before the due date.

It is your responsibility to go to the attendance form and submit a report whether or not you get the courtesy reminder.

Do submit a withdrawal form if you want to withdraw your child for any reason.

STANDING REPORT

To request a standing report for attendance, submit this form:

If you request a standing report for your child's attendance, their attendance will be entered for you every quarter until you withdraw them.

Do not submit quarterly attendance reports.

Do submit a withdrawal form if you want to withdraw your child for any reason.
